PICTURED: Harvey Weinstein hands over daughter India Pearl, eight, to estranged wife Georgina Chapman while wearing an electronic ankle tag ahead of court appearance on rape charges
Harvey Weinstein and his estranged wife Georgina Chapman were both spotted at a hunt club in Connecticut where the disgraced film mogul dropped off their daughter India Pearl, eight (centre). Weinstein and Chapman have not been seen together since he was subject to a series of sexual misconduct allegations in October 2017. The former couple, who are not thought to be on speaking terms since more than 80 allegations of sexual assault, harassment and rape were brought against him, were pictured at the Fairfield County Hunt Club where their daughter enjoyed a day of horse riding. Weinstein, 66, was pictured wearing an electronic tag (circled, left) ahead of a court hearing on September 20, where he will resume his trial on charges of first and third-degree rape and a first-degree criminal sex act. If Weinstein is convicted of a rape or a criminal sexual act he could spend up to 25 years in prison, officials say. The prolific producer remains free after posting $1million bail. Last year, Chapman (pictured, right), 41, announced she was divorcing him, though no custody settlement has been agreed. It is understood that she lives in a townhouse in New York’s affluent West Village with their two young children.
