A paedophile who groomed three boys was a former worker at a Tunbridge Wells care home.
George Parker, 28, was a former worker at the Fountains Lodge Care Home in Southborough, a Bupa-run care and nursing home which looks after vulnerable adults who suffer from dementia.
A Bupa spokesman said that he was suspended from work when those running the home were made aware of the charges against him and that he was dismissed on February 20, 2017.
Carol Baldock, regional director for Bupa Care Homes, said: “As soon as we were informed this individual was on bail we immediately suspended and subsequently dismissed him.
“We supported the police with the investigation and there were no concerns about his work whilst working at the home.”
Parker was found guilty of a string of serious sexual offences on December 10.
Formerly of Victoria Road in Leeds, he committed the crimes between 2005 and 2013, when he was living in Tunbridge Wells.
He denied all 24 charges that were brought against him, however a jury at Maidstone Crown Court unanimously convicted him of 21 offences.
