Government considers Scottish abuse inquiry

The Scottish Government has told ITV Border it’s considering launching an inquiry into child sexual abuse. With much attention on the troubled inquiry south of the border, ministers in Scotland are under growing pressure to act.
Today Alex Salmond confirmed a statement will be made at Holyrood next week. Joe Pike has been speaking to one survivor of child sex abuse who now lives in Peebles.
