Dear Mr Scott
I have reiterated my call for a public enquiry this week after the Ministerial meeting with survivors and others on Monday. To be fair, Mr Russell for the Scottish Government has indicated for the first time an openness to the idea of a public enquiry. I will continue with my pressure on this matter.
