May heads for a desert island
It’s taken a while, but Theresa May will finally be deported on November 23, when she becomes the fourth home secretary to be sent to a desert island by the BBC. She joins Jack Straw, Douglas Hurd and Willie Whitelaw, who in 1981 chose Bing Crosby’s White Christmas as the record that most reminded him of home. Nigel Farage would approve.
