Finally, as regards the letter which was read in the court, I would say this: it did not form part of the pleadings and therefore was not relevant to the debate before me. However, I allowed the defender to read it, insofar as it might raise matters which could be of significance in a general sense in considering the issues before me. I did not find anything in the letter, so far as read to me, which was of such significance.
Nor will you ever My lord! Nothing that Robert Green says has any semblance in rational thought, truth or evidence.

Now we wait to see the conclusion – one that will be very surprising to all we suspect!

Shedding New Light on Bowen’s Acquaintances

Posted on 27. Jan, 2012 by  in Elish Angiolini, News
Robert Green’s defence in his breach of the peace trial in Stonehaven this week substantially involved witnesses he was not permitted to cross-examine. Sheriff Principal Bowen denied Robert the right to have former Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini take the stand under oath.
We all know he wanted to put Elish Angiolini in the dock because she was allegedly instrumental in the cover-up of abuses against Hollie Greig during her tenure as Regional Procurator Fiscal for the Grampian, Highland and Islands region of Scotland.
Normally in jurisdictions where the law is above board and not tainted by corruption, a judge has to declare affiliations with witnesses and, if necessary, a judge should recuse himself from the proceedings if there is any hint of association.
In a case where one of the witnesses is a high ranking legal official, it stands to reason that a judge may, in the course of the trial, be placed in a situation where their judgement could be prejudicial to his superior(s). This is a difficult situation but it does happen and the impact of any suspected bias could be significantly reduced by having a judge who has had relatively little interaction with any witnesses who may be from within the legal profession.
So, what if Sheriff Principal Bowen had interactions with Elish Angiolini and Frank Mullholland in circumstances beyond their role in the legal profession?
This would surely be a circumstance in which a Defendant had reasonable grounds to request that the judge be recused and replaced with a judge who had less perceived bias.
Sheriff Principal Edward Farquharson Bowen QC sits on the Northern Lighthouse Board alongside Elish Angiolini and Frank Mullholland.
Now, astute readers will note that all Sheriff Principals in Scotland are required to sit on the Northern Lighthouse Board and in that sense, Bowen has no choice in the matter. His role in that instance is an ancient legal function. However, Robert Green’s trial should have taken place with a Sheriff – not a Sheriff Principal.
From Wikipedia:

Judicial Functions

A sheriff principal sometimes sits in criminal courts or conducts major fatal accident inquiries. However, a sheriff principal is primarily an appellate judge who sits alone to determine appeals from the decisions of sheriffs in civil matters. An appeal lies from the sheriff principal to the Inner House of the Court of Session.
In terms of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 sheriffs principal are charged with a number of duties in respect of the courts for which they are responsible, including in particular a duty “to secure the speedy and efficient disposal of business in the sheriff courts of that sheriffdom”.
Notwithstanding the various professional affiliations between Sheriff Principal Bowen, Angiolini and Mullholland, why did Bowen preside over Robert Green’s trial? We’ve seen Bowen sit on appeal cases including the one where he let a paedophile go free (here). If his role is more suited to an appellate court then what on earth was he doing defending his legal buddies in a breach of the peace case?
A quick glance at other professional affiliations shows that Sheriff Principal Bowen has worked with Lord Cullen – the master whitewash merchant on the Dunblane Inquiry. In this respect, Bowen was the Chairman of SACRO and Cullen is its Honorary President.
We all know that these people rub shoulders all the time and in the low population of Scotland, this handful of lawmen are bound to be best buddies. But does Bowen have to be so obvious? Are his professional relationships with Angiolini and Mullholland sufficiently strong that he should have recused himself?
Tell us what you think.
Should Sheriff Principal Bowen have recused himself from Robert Green’s Trial?
  •  Yes – he is too involved with the protaganists
  •  No – he is totally honest and impartial

    Barbara Richards Says:

How much taxpayers money have they frittered on taking Robert Green to court for the henious “crime” of handing out leaflets in a public place, and how much cash from the same source have they squandered on protecting their paedophile chums? And, once again, where is the media and the BBC?

    Steve Says:

This case is one of the biggest misscarrages of justice in recent times & I’m only commenting on what I’ve read. Handing out leaflets is a breach of the peace, These so called “Legal” people are insane in that case. Bowen & Angiolini are “bent” end of story, not to mention countless other people involved with this case, they have ALL conspired to cover up the truth & are a disgrace to the legal system & they should be damn well charged with perverting the course of justice. Robert Green has been well & truly shafted for standing up & doing the right thing, he now has a criminal record with time served in prison & plainly that is not justice…..I really do despair.

    Mick Says:

I think there is much mis-information on both sides here. Green was not charged with ‘breacing the peace’ becaus ehe ahnded out leaflets-it was what was in thsoe leaflets that he was charged for. There is still a law of ‘crimial defamation’ and yiou can be charged with a ‘breach of the peace’ for perpetuating a defamation.
However of course Robert Green’s leaflets may be entirey truthful and he will eventualy have his day in court to prove that.
He was also jailed (most unfairly in my view) for breaching his jail conditions and for nothing else.
Again however-as mr Green has so many supprters and a good legal brief who is a QC why doesn;t eh launch a private prosecution of those involved in the illgeality. They could no longer ignore it then.

As someone who has recently become familiar with these proceedings, i have to say that i am absolutely dumbfounded.
My heart goes out to those directly involved in this pit of lies and evil.
It stinks to the high heavens. Not forgetting that all these trials cost money and that is going back into the hands of tge perpetrators. It is quite sickening.
I for one will raise awareness of this case to friends and family.
    Good luck Hollie.

Robert Green’s Blog – Hollie Greig Campaign

Tuesday, 31 December 2013

Throughout the years of the Hollie Greig campaign, there has been one common denominator in my dealings with the Scottish legal establishment. Everyone seems to be terrified of one man in particular – Peter Watson, senior partner of law firm Levy & McRae,

The firm`s own website boasts of many things, including keeping its clients off the front pages. It also states that it represents the biggest names in broadcasting and media in Scotland. Although it does not mention this, Professor Watson also personally represents Alex Salmond and Elish Angiolini, as well as Police Scotland. Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill is a former colleague of Peter Watson at Levy & McRae. Professor Watson is also known to have influential connections with the tax haven of the Cayman Islands.

The boast of keeping its clients off the front pages may indicate to some that it could enable Peter Watson to control, for example, leading politicians, senior police officers, members of the judiciary and legal profession and editors by means of blackmail. Whilst I have no evidence as yet to confirm that this type of coercion has ever occurred, it may not be unreasonable to suggest that Professor Watson is in a position to act in this way should he choose to do so. It may also go some way to explaining why people in Scotland are so frightened of him.

In fairness, concerns about his power and influence have been raised publicly by BBC Scotland`s Legal Head, Alistair Bonnington and by experienced Guardian journalist Roy Greenslade.

I understand that Peter Watson is a regular and loyal reader of this site and once again, I invite him to contact me if he feels that my comments are either inaccurate or unfair and I offer to publish such a response.

Finally, may I again congratulate Kevin Edwards and his supporters in South Wales in successfully exposing the brutal and criminal persecution of young Welsh girl Linda Lewis by the Welsh government. It is also important to salute Assembly Member David Rees for his courage and sense of duty to the people of Wales. If only the Scottish Parliament possessed just one person of Mr Rees`s calibre, the Hollie Greig case would be fully opened up, enabling the Scottish people to form their own opinions on its significance and credibility, an opportunity so far denied to them by its government`s threats against the media. Such threats were issued by none other than Levy & McRae, naturally!

Details of recent events in the Linda Lewis case can be found on the link:-

It just goes to show that with courage, resolve and skill, national leaders like Carwyn Jones and Alex Salmond can be finally exposed for their misdemeanours in public office.

Happy New Year to you all!

Have you got any evidence/proof she was swindled? Of course not. Because you are a troll – how do we know? We have the technology and you are too stupid.

If names were made up then of course they would be wrong names – or is that too obvious for you to understand!!

So are you going to reveal your real identity and enter into a sensible adult debate, or are you going to continue to hide behind someone else’s hijacked identity (which is illegal by the way – and we have your details) because you are too much of a slimy yellow coward to enter into normal human behaviour – or is it because you KNOW you are wrong? You should also get at least a basic education and learn to spell correctly.

Anything you want to discuss? Like the weather in Glasgow?

For any visitors, we would like to inform you that this idiot troll is posting under the name of Job Stevenson with the name ‘js42uk’ (as you can see from the comments they have made). We have verified that this is not the real Jon Stevenson.

Dunblane Primary School. ’16 children from this class were shot dead.’The official story is that, on 13 March (7)1996 (7), a mad loner called Thomas Hamilton shot dead 16(7) children at a primary school in Dunblane in Scotland.777                          Blair’s main attack on Englishmen’s liberties was the London bombings on 7,7,7

The unofficial story is that Thomas Hamilton was supplying pornography, and possibly young boys, to top people including policemen and politicians; and Thomas Hamilton may have been murdered, to shut him up.
It has been suggested that Thomas Hamilton was a brainwashed patsy and that the real shooters were working for the security services. In the Dunblane shootings, “none of the survivors would have been able to obtain a good viewing of the gunman.”The Murder of Thomas Hamilton | Dunblane Exposed

Thomas Hamilton ran clubs and camps for boys and reportedly had access to the Queen Victoria School, in Dunblane, a boarding school run by the Ministry of Defence.

1. “Mr and Mrs Ogilvie know that the men who regularly turned up in large flashy cars to visit Hamilton continued doing so right up to 13 March 1996. They saw them.
“Another neighbour, Cathleen Kerr gave a statement to the police that she saw Hamilton getting out of a grey saloon car on that final fateful morning. He was cheerful, she said.”

Harrison “told me of how, in about 1990, he believed boys from his then school were being … sexually abused, both at the school and away from the school.

“He told me the (sexual abuse) was done by a clique of paedophiles connected with the school (teachers etc. and their friends) and another group of ‘toffs’ who visited the school and took carefully targeted boys away for weekends.”“Harrison and his wife … would see big fancy cars (sometimes chauffeur driven and displaying pennants, and badges of office) arrive with well known faces of politicians, judges and other celebrities who, when he enquired as to who they were, and what they were doing, was given the answer that these people were ‘Friends of QVS’ who were taking certain boys out for a treat.”Sir Fixed it for Jim

3. Former housemaster Glenn Harrison told the News of the World how he even found Hamilton, 43, creeping around the dormitories, at Queen Victoria School, at night.
He said Hamilton had close links to a top policeman.
Glenn was never called to give evidence at the Cullen Inquiry.

4. Glenn Harrison had kept dozens of files from pupils alleging bullying and abuse while he was at the Queen Victoria School and wrote to parents warning of the dangers in 1991.

Sandra Uttley claims that elements of the police were part of a paedophile ring and part of a cover-up.Uttley said: ”Central Scotland Police should never have been involved in a so-called independent inquiry.”They were implicated in the events under scrutiny and continually provided Hamilton with renewals of his gun licence despite long-term and repeated warnings that this should not happen.

“It was known that Hamilton had friends in the police force, including one highly placed officer.“I believe that Hamilton was a major provider of pornographic photographs and videos to a ring of men prominent in Central Scotland, including police officers who protected him from numerous allegations of physical abuse at boys’ camps and clubs he ran.
“They protected themselves after the massacre which conveniently ended in his suicide”.

8. “Lord Cullen led inquiries into the Dunblane shootings, and in March 2002 led the five-judge tribunal which heard the failed appeal of the Lockerbie bomber.”
“In the large volume of correspondence which he (Hamilton) generated, a recurring theme is his assertion that the police were biased in favour of the ‘brotherhood of masons’ .” – Lord Cullen.
10. According to journalist Marcello Mega, in The News of the World (Cached), 28 December 2003:1. A top Scottish Freemason, Former Grand Master Lord Burton, has said that Lord Cullen’s inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a cover-up.Lord Burton says Cullen’s inquiry suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures.
2. These high-profile legal figures may belong to a secretive ‘Super-Mason’ group called The Speculative Society.
Lord Burton said: “I have learned of an apparent connection between prominent members of the legal establishment involved in the inquiry, and the secretive Speculative Society.
“The society was formed in Edinburgh University through Masonic connections so I accept that there might be a link by that route.”
Reportedly, members of the Speculative Society have included Lord Cullen and a number of other judges, sheriffs and advocates.

Lord Burton said: “I tried repeatedly to raise concerns about the inquiry during my time in the Lords, and I was bullied and threatened by powerful peers loyal to the Conservative Government of the day, who warned me of dire consequences if I continued to embarrass them.”

( According to this source Cached – ‘Malcolm Rifkind’s friend and his then Chairman of his constituency party at Edinburgh Pentlands, Robert Bell, according to the front page lead of the Edinburgh Evening News on 23 March 1996, sold guns and ammunition to Thomas Hamilton only a few weeks before the Dunblane massacre, and it was reported he said he would sell him guns again.’)7. “There is Prince Philip, a Freemason, the patron of the Board of Directors of QVS and is an honorary member of the exclusive, secretive and highly suspect Speculative Society of Edinburgh.
“Then there is Lord (Donald McArthur) Ross, the then Lord Justice-Clerk and Cullen’s superior in the judiciary, who was also on the Board of Directors, and is also a “Brother” of Cullen’s in the Masonic Speculative Society of Edinburgh, numbered at 1642.”

12. Professor David J Cooke Head of Forensic Clinical Psychology for the Greater Glasgow Health Board told the investigation after the shootings “There were major difficulties in Thomas Hamilton’s life which threatened his self-esteem.
“He was in debt. He was refused a loan. He was being refused access to premises to hold his boys clubs and fewer boys were attending the clubs. It may have been the case that, like many mass killers, he obtained feelings of power and mastery by fantasising his revenge on those whom he perceived as persecuting him.
“It is likely that his fantasies became more complex and compelling after ‘behavioural tryouts’ when firing at his gun club. He believed that school staff were telling families not to send children to his clubs and that parents were spreading rumours that he was a pervert.”

Dear Kenny and Alex

Radio conversation with Duncan Hamilton, Special / Legal Advisor to the SNP (and your close personal friend), Tues 13-04-2010 – and the very dubious rearrest of Robert Green, Wed 14-04-2010 …

We refer to the above, which we feel we must draw to your attention.

On Tuesday evening we had the opportunity to speak to the former SNP MSP, Duncan Hamilton (your special / legal advisor and very close friend), live on Talk Radio Europe. We were on for 7 mins and pressed him over the scandalous Hollie Greig affair. We of course made him fully aware of all our correspondence to you both over the past 6 months and he gave us his assurances that you would respond to us in due course. He would not, however, give us any assurances that he would relay our conversation to you both, but we are sure you have been made fully aware of it by now. We asked that he “Google Hollie Greig” to familiarise himself with the horrendous background to this whole very tragic and appalling state of affairs.

We made it perfectly clear to Duncan that there were now tens of thousands of concerned people all over the globe who were fully aware of Hollie’s case and that we had repeatedly written to you and requested to meet with you both to discuss the full background and the wider ramifications of the protection of vulnerable children and adults in our midst today. We told him that we had just written to you once again (on Sunday 11 April 2010 – copy below) and we were still awaiting your reply to our further requests for a formal meeting – and your attendance at the two forthcoming peaceful gatherings for Hollie on Saturday 1 May in Edinburgh and Saturday 5 June in Aberdeen. Could you please confirm if you were made fully aware of our live radio conversation with Duncan and, if so, what he told you about that?

The Hollie Greig case took another very sinister turn on Wednesday 14 April 2010 when Robert Green (Hollie and Anne’s lay legal representative) was rearrested at Warrington Police Station and taken all the way up to Aberdeen to be grilled once again by the Grampian Police force – this time it appears they tried to nail him on yet another trumped up charge of breaching his bail conditions … another Grampian Police force malicious fishing expedition it would appear. We would be grateful if you could tell us who authorised that unlawful and malicious arrest; were you aware that it was happening; have you been liaising with your appointed Lord Advocate, Elish Angiolini, over the Hollie Greig case over recent months; and have you been liaising with Grampian Police Chief Constable, Colin McKerracher, as well?

We once again await your co-operative response and our campaigning injustice group looks forward to meeting with you both at the very earliest opportunity.

Many thanks for your time.

Yours sincerely

Tom George (et al)

PS. Our revised “Hollie Demands Justice” leaflet is now also attached and we hope you will read it and disseminate far and wide.
